"With his wealth of experience, Alwin Mahler will be an important compass on the road to transforming Goldbach into a technology-driven marketing organization," Pietro Supino, publisher and TX Group president, was quoted as saying in the statement.

Under Supino, the Goldbach Board of Directors is thus composed of the following members in addition to Alwin Mahler: Jens Alder, who has returned to the Board after several years as Chairman, as well as Martin Kall, Konstantin Richter, Christoph Tonini, Samuel Hügli and Sandro Macciacchini.
