DOOH division of Goldbach Media to be integrated into Neo Advertising

As part of the merger of the advertising marketing activities of Goldbach, Tamedia Advertising and Neo Advertising, the Digital-Out-Of-Home division of Goldbach Media Switzerland will be transferred to Neo Advertising. All Swiss marketing mandates and three Goldbach Media employees will transfer to Neo Advertising as of July 1.

Neo Advertising markets digital and analog outdoor advertising space in German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland and has been 52 percent owned by the Tamedia media group since 2018 (Advertising week reported). Goldbach Media's digital out-of-home business includes various shopping pools in addition to various petrol station pools. Goldbach Media has also been operating its own screens in various Swiss shopping malls such as Shoppi Tivoli, Grüzepark Winterthur and Arena St. Gallen since 2018.

The merger with Goldbach will strengthen Neo Advertising's position in the Swiss market, with almost 20,000 indoor and outdoor advertising spaces at locations such as Geneva Airport, various shopping malls, points of sale and public places in various Swiss cities as well as business and exhibition centers throughout Switzerland.
