Watson relies on Google for advertising marketing with immediate effect

The news portal Watson is working with Google as a technology partner with immediate effect: The background for the switch to Doubleclick for Publishers and the DoubleClick AdExchange lies in the advantages offered by the combination of AdServer and Sell Side Platform (SSP).

For example, the combination of Google's two technologies simplifies both fully automated and programmatic purchasing via SSP, as well as the independent or individual purchasing of advertising space on Watson, the portal writes in a statement. All this happens in real time, and customers benefit from faster delivery.

Michael Wanner, CEO, is looking forward to the collaboration: "After a detailed analysis of the various providers, we decided on Google as our future technology partner, as we see Google as the best partner in terms of efficiency, performance and innovation for us and our demanding advertising customers."
