The Chatbot of the Observer-The AI advice team is now available to all interested users. The AI provides "quick and easy" answers to questions about married couples living together, divorce law and other relevant topics in family law and inheritance law. If users ask questions from other areas of law, they receive a corresponding message. However, there are already plans to expand the service into a comprehensive legal advice chatbot, according to the statement.

The chatbot's answers are based on data from the observer's comprehensive legal database (Guider), which contains over 4,000 continuously updated legal contents.

OneLog registration is required to use the chatbot. The chatbot was realized in collaboration with the conversational AI provider Aaibot and Ringier Media Switzerland Product & Tech.
