UBS and Inside Paradeplatz reach agreement on CS lawsuit
The Zurich financial center blog Inside Paradeplatz and UBS have reached a settlement. This concerned critical articles about Credit Suisse, which was taken over by UBS, as Inside Paradeplatz announced on Tuesday.
The settlement was already concluded on Thursday before the Zurich Commercial Court, it was further stated. The blog had deleted numerous reader comments and deleted or adapted three passages in two publications. The remaining claims, however, were dropped as part of the settlement.
Inside Paradeplatz also undertook to "carefully review reader comments in advance and not to allow any personality violations against the plaintiffs". (SDA/swi)
