OneLog receives Digital Trust Label

The Swiss media login "OneLog" has been certified with the Digital Trust Label. The label is awarded by the Swiss Digital Initiative, an independent foundation based in Geneva that promotes digital trust and transparency.

With the Digital Trust Label, "OneLog" benefits from a trustworthy digital service audited by external experts, according to a statement from OneLog. "Especially in the media environment, transparency and trust are crucial, not only in terms of reporting, but also in the handling of data," OneLog GEO Silvano Oeschger is quoted as saying in the release. The company is pleased that its commitment has been awarded the Digital Trust Label.

The Swiss Digital Initiative foundation, originally launched as a project by Digitalswitzerland, developed the label. The aim of the certification is to promote trust in digital services. The Digital Trust Label evaluates web-based products on the basis of 35 criteria in the categories of security, data protection, reliability and fair user interaction. The Digital Trust Label is intended to provide users of web-based products with a clear and understandable assessment of trustworthiness. Companies such as Wefox, Cisco (Webex), Swisscom (e-Seal) and Swiss Re (Magnum Go) have already been certified.
