"ZwägHochZwei": Blick launches podcast on healthy longevity

On Monday, the Blick Group launched "ZwägHochZwei," a new multimedia format on the topic of healthy longevity. The six-part podcast is hosted by Nina Ruge and Kurt Aeschbacher. The episodes will appear weekly on Blick.ch and on all popular podcast platforms. In addition, a best-of is published each Thursday as a video format.

The new Blick health podcast "ZwägHochZwei deals with longevity and the optimal conditions for it. It shows how complaints can be avoided - without pointing fingers, but with practical tips from prominent protagonists.

Nina Ruge became a bestselling author with her books on healthy longevity. The biology graduate is now sharing her expertise with cult presenter Kurt Aeschbacher and the Blick community in the "ZwägHochZwei" format. Among other things, the two hosts explore the questions: Why is good sleep so important, which vegetables prevent complaints, and what does all this have to do with our cellular system?

The podcast is intended to whet listeners' appetites for science and provide practical tips on how we can consciously support our bodies so that we can simply push old-age complaints off the edge of the bed," says Nina Ruge.

For Kurt Aeschbacher, the talks have already had an effect: "I confess that up to now I have not always lived healthily, but according to common sense. The podcast has inspired me a lot. Nina is like a walking encyclopedia and knew a sound and helpful answer to every one of my sometimes critical questions."

The Blick podcast "ZwägHochZwei" is now available on Blick.ch, Spotify and iTunes. A best-of video is also published on the website for each episode, and the individual episodes are also available on YouTube. In addition to the two protagonists, experts from Swiss research institutes and universities will also have their say in the respective episodes. The detailed expert discussions can also be found on YouTube. The podcast is a co-production with the video and audio production company Publify.
