Christoph Marty takes over all OoH activities from Goldbach
Following the Clear Channel acquisition, Christoph Marty will remain CEO and assume responsibility for the Out of Home activities of the Goldbach segment.
TX Group and its subsidiary, Goldbach Group, announced the acquisition of Clear Channel Switzerland on December 22, 2022. In the meantime, all closing provisions have been fulfilled and the closing will take place on March 31, 2023. In this context, the remaining shares of the minority shareholders of Neo Advertising will also be acquired.
Responsibility for the Out of Home activities will remain with the current CEO of Clear Channel Switzerland, Christoph Marty, who will assume responsibility for the Out of Home activities of the Goldbach segment upon completion of the acquisition of Clear Channel Switzerland. The Board of Directors of Goldbach Group has confirmed this choice. Christian Vaglio-Giors, former CEO and founder of Neo Advertising, will act as advisor to Christoph Marty and, following an internal reorganization, as a member of the Board of Directors.
The project is now entering the integration phase. This involves designing the new organization and the new and comprehensive offering so that customers can book across the entire inventory. For the time being, nothing will change for the partners, customers and employees of the two companies.
