Watson celebrates anniversary with Schweiz am Wochenende supplement
Watson celebrates its 9th anniversary - with a cartoon newspaper supplement by artist and illustrator Markus Cavegn, who takes a look behind the scenes of the news portal.
For many years, artist and illustrator Markus Cavegn has been roaming Zurich's nightlife and commenting on it with a sharp pen and black humor. The sketches and drawings are drawn with extra-black ink, red wine and other materials. To mark the anniversary, the artist is now roaming the editorial offices of the news portal Watson, taking a look behind the scenes and leaving behind a pile of bitterly wicked sketches and observations.
The result is a newspaper supplement, according to the press release without any listicle or gender star, but a collection of cartoons and observations in "best Lügenpresse manner" with all the old Watson clichés.
The newspaper supplement "Watson by Spitz&Schwarz" is published in a circulation of 245,000 copies in the editions of the Switzerland at the weekend enclosed and sent to employees and partners.
