"Die Beschatter" - new SRF crime series with public viewing

From October 30, SRF 1 will show the first two episodes of the new crime series "Die Beschatter" - including public viewing on Basel's market square.

On Sunday, October 30, 2022 SRF 1 will show the first two episodes of the new six-part series from Basel "Die Beschatter". In it, ex-policeman Leo Brand (Roeland Wiesnekker) founds a school for budding detectives out of financial necessity. To get the most out of the school, his dilettante beginners solve real cases. Neglected Agotha (Meryl Marty) soon matures from an insolvent pain in the ass to Leo's favorite student. She wants to become a detective to find her missing mother. But this search threatens to bring to light a terrible secret from Leo's police past. Other roles are played by Martin Rapold, Esther Gemsch, Martin Vischer, Dardan Sadik and Martin Butzke.

There will be a public viewing for the start of the new SRF crime comedy

On the occasion of the start of the TV series, a public viewing will take place on Sunday, October 30, 2022, on Basel's Marktplatz. Starting at 7:30 p.m., episodes 1 and 2 will be shown on a large LED screen in the presence of several protagonists of the crime series.
