The 44-year-old Swiss succeeds Veronika Novak, who will leave CH Media at her own request at the end of April 2022.

Lydia Zollinger has many years of experience as an HR manager for both Ringier and Neue Zürcher Zeitung. The main focus of her work has always been on personnel development, addressing talent, and advising and coaching management. Most recently, Lydia Zollinger was Head of Human Resources at Technology, Innovation & Management AG (ti&m), an IT company for digitalization, security and innovation projects and products. She had overall responsibility for Human Resources for all locations (Zurich, Basel, Bern, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Singapore) and 550 employees.
