Telebasel discontinues "Glam" magazine as of summer - Adela Smajic leaves
Telebasel will discontinue "Glam" at the beginning of July 2022. The people and culture magazine will fall victim to Telebasel's new programming structure.
For seven years, the magazine "Glam" had reported on events, culture and celebrities. "It's part of the industry that all broadcasts end at some point. Now it's time for something new," Telebasel managing director André Moesch was quoted as saying in a statement. Telebasel is in the process of revising its program structure from the ground up. In the course of this, the course will be set early and programming decisions will be made now.
Adela Smajic is understanding about the station's decision. Nevertheless, it is "a pity that my time at Telebasel is coming to an end," says Smajic. For her, it is time for a change.
Telebasel plans to provide information about its programming plans at a later date, according to the statement.
