Desirée Oberlin and Jeanine Gut are new presenters at Radio Pilatus

Two new fresh voices at Radio Pilatus: Desirée Oberlin and Jeanine Gut, two young presenter talents, join the team at the Central Switzerland station.

In addition to her radio work, 24-year-old Desirée Oberlin is currently studying communication with a focus on journalism at the ZHAW. Her radio career began in 2019 at Radio 3fach, where the Lucerne native currently co-produces and presents various programs, including the news programs "Stooszyt" and "3wach. Desirée Oberlin will start at Pilatus in April 2022, initially as a morning show producer and later additionally as a presenter of various shows.

In June 2022, Jeanine Gut will join the morning show team at Radio Pilatus. As an editor at TOP Medien, the 23-year-old has already gained a wealth of experience in the TV, radio and online sectors. Now the Lucerne native is moving back to Pilatusland, where she will work primarily as a producer and also as a presenter. The entertainment gene has accompanied Jeannine Gut since childhood, which is why she graduated from drama school in addition to her passion for circus and theater.

In addition, listeners can look forward to more familiar Pilatus voices: the voice of FC Lucerne Stadium, Thomas Erni, will now take over selective live and sports broadcasts in the evenings and at weekends. This is in addition to Christian Bisang, who in future will not only be heard on Radio Argovia, but also regularly on Radio Pilatus. Presenters Boris Macek and Michi Fankhauser are also stepping up their involvement, and up-and-coming presenter Noah Zimmermann will be heard more on weekends as part of his training at the CH Media Academy.

Thomas Zesiger, Head of Programming at Radio Pilatus, says of the presenter additions: "I am delighted that in future we will be able to accompany Central Switzerland through the day with even more power and entertain our listeners with further strong voices."
