TX Group forms investment committee for start-up investments
TX Group wants to intensify its involvement in the start-up sector. To this end, the company is creating an Investment Committee that will examine investment opportunities. The committee will be chaired by Romy Schnelle.
The committee will work primarily for TX Group's ventures division (TX Ventures) as well as TX Markets, according to a statement Monday. The focus will be on investments in early-stage or growth-stage startups in the consumer fintech, productivity and digital entertainment sectors.
The committee includes Romy Schnelle, (Partner High-Tech Gründerfonds), Pietro Supino (President and Publisher TX Group), as well as Sandro Macciacchini (Head of Finance& Human Resources TX Group), Samuel Hügli (Head of Technology & Ventures TX Group) and Olivier Rihs (CEO TX Markets).
It is supported by Andreas Schlenker (Chief Corporate Development Officer TX Markets) and Jens Schleuniger (Head of Portfolio Management Ventures, TX Group). (SDA)
