Dani Büchi takes over Moon&Stars from Ringier
Ringier verkauft die Aktien an der MSF Moon and Stars Festivals SA, Veranstalter des Moon&Stars Festivals auf der Piazza Grande in Locarno, an Dani Büchi. Das Medienunternehmen bleibt Partner des Festivals.
In his function as CEO of the Energy Group, Dani Büchi was responsible for the management of the Moon&Stars and the successful relaunch in the last years and is now the sole shareholder in the operating company MSF Moon and Stars Festivals SA.
However, Ringier will remain closely associated with Moon&Stars through a long-term partnership with Schweizer Illustrierte, Blick Group, Energy Group and Ticketcorner, the media company said in a statement Friday. Ringier CEO Marc Walder will continue to chair the board of MSF Moon and Stars Festivals.
In 2021, Moon&Stars is expected to take place from July 15 to July 25 at the Piazza Grande in Locarno. (pd)
