Stefan Charles leaves SRF culture department
SRF Head of Culture Stefan Charles is leaving the company at the beginning of May. He has headed the Culture department for three years and is a member of SRF's Executive Board.
He wants to reorient himself outside the company from May 1, 2020, SRF announced on Tuesday. His successor is to be arranged in the coming weeks.
During his tenure as head of culture, major series such as "Wilder" and "Frieden" were created, the statement said. The 52-year-old Charles called the relocation of the culture site to Basel's Meret-Oppenheim high-rise one of the biggest and most exciting challenges of his SRF career. (SDA)
