CH Media acquires the Radio 32 shares of the Central Switzerland warehouses, which sell their shares after many years of involvement. As a consequence of this change, Stéphane Meyer leaves the board of directors of Radio 32. With the majority takeover of Radio 32, CH Media further expands its radio portfolio. The joint venture between AZ Medien and the NZZ Media Group already owns Radio Argovia, Radio 24, Radio Pilatus, Radio FM1, Radio Melody and Virgin Radio Switzerland Hits and Rock.

Organizationally, Radio 32 will be affiliated with the Radio division. As a result, Thomas Denzel, Managing Director of Radio 32, will report directly to Florian Wanner, Head of Radio at CH Media. He retains his current function. All employees of Radio 32 will be taken over. The transfer of Radio 32's license to CH Media is subject to the approval of the Federal Office of Communications (OFCOM).
