The presenter duo will be joined by former Radio 24 presenters and guests such as radio pioneer Roger Schawinski, TV and radio legend Röbi Koller, Frank Baumann, Nik Hartmann, Patricia Boser, rapper Bligg and young talent Nickless. Together they look back on 40 years of passionate radio making.

On November 28, 1979, Radio 24, then still a pirate station, broadcast for the first time from Pizzo Groppera in Italy to Zurich, 130 kilometers away. From Wednesday at 11:59 p.m., the marathon can be heard on the Livestream, on the Radio 24 Instagram account or - as always - be followed on Radio 24.

Florian Wanner, Managing Director Radio, looks back on a year full of celebrations: "My respect belongs to Roger Schawinski, his team and their pioneering work. The emergence of the Swiss radio landscape is thanks to these pioneers and their sacrifice. I also thank the current Radio 24 team for their tireless efforts and creative ideas throughout the year."
