Serafe has not yet solved the billing problems
The French-speaking Swiss newspaper Le Matin Dimanche reports that the billing problems at Billag successor Serafe have not yet been solved and that numerous Swiss have not yet paid their radio or TV fees.
The company is hopelessly overburdened and also does not have the necessary legal basis. Serafe does record the information of people who have received incorrect invoices. However, the information could not be automatically reconciled with the municipalities. A spokesman told the newspaper that the company is currently working on implementing a solution. (SDA)
