Finanztalk: Radio 1 and the Zurich private bank Maerki Baumann & Co. cooperate

Zurich-based private bank Maerki Baumann & Co. and Radio 1 are teaming up to create a new program that will focus on the influence of political and social events on global and national financial markets.

On Tuesdays at 9:40 a.m., Daniel Egger, Head of Investments, and other financial experts from the traditional bank explain what moves people and markets. In addition, there are valuable assessments for investors and consumers. "We want to be able to give our listeners first-hand information about the impact of the day's news on their money," says Marc Jäggi, member of the Radio 1 management team, and adds: "With a direct line to the most competent financial experts, we can guarantee this."

For generations, Maerki Baumann & Co. has focused on its core competencies in investment advice and asset management. The renunciation of own products and the solid equity base are the basis for the independence and security of the Zurich family business. In addition, the novel modular investment approach underlines the innovative strength of the traditional bank, which was recently named best Swiss private bank by the business magazine Bilanz.
