As before, the Board of Directors will be chaired by Thomas Kaiser, CEO Ringier Digital.

As of June 17, the announced merger of Deindeal and the e-commerce platform My-Store was completed. The formerly independent companies have since been operating as a single company. Now, on the occasion of the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors of Deindeal was also adapted to the new circumstances. Maurizio Pierazzi, formerly a member of the My-Store Board of Directors, Robin Lingg, CEO Ringier Africa & Asia, and Xiaoqun Clever, Chief Technology and Data Officer of the Ringier Group, were newly elected. Thomas Kaiser, CEO Ringier Digital, and Kilian Kämpfen, Chief Business Development Officer Ringier Digital, remain on the board. Ringier CEO Marc Walder and Amir Suissa, co-founder of DeinDeal, have stepped down.

Marc Walder, CEO Ringier, on stepping down from the Board of Directors: "Deindeal has risen from a start-up founded in 2010 to a top 10 player in the Swiss e-commerce market. We were able to shape this development dynamically and in partnership with the founders Amir Suissa and Adrian Locher after the takeover by Ringier in 2011. I would like to thank the founders in particular for the professional handover of responsibility to the new management team led by Benoit Henry, which has now been completed with their resignation from the Board of Directors."
