Christina Noell becomes deputy managing director of 3+
For eight years, Christina Noell has been responsible for in-house productions at the private station 3+. Now station boss Dominik Kaiser is promoting her to deputy managing director.
In March 2008, Christina Noell starts as head of the entertainment editorial department at the young Swiss television 3+ (Werbewoche.ch reported). Later, in addition to the content points, she also took over the financial management of the Swiss in-house productions, the creation of the on-air promo, the design of the events, as well as the production of the social media videos and was appointed Chief Creative Officer, responsible for all creative projects of 3+. The 40-year-old has continuously expanded the area of 3+'s Swiss in-house productions and is largely responsible for their great success and the driving force behind them. With the current season of "The Bachelorette," she and 3+ have set a new record. It was the most successful in-house production in the station's history and all eight episodes from Thailand were market leaders in the advertising-relevant target group. Now 3+ station boss Dominik Kaiser is promoting Christina Noell to deputy managing director.
In addition to her existing job as Chief Creative Office, the Sponsorship Sales, PR, Online/Mobile departments now report to Noell and she is now also responsible for employee development. In her new role, she also helps shape the company's strategy.
