Sophie Hostettler hosts "Talktäglich" for the first time
From the beginning of June, Sophie Hostettler will alternate with Matthias Mast as presenter of the program "Talk Täglich" on Tele Bärn. The German and media studies graduate has been working for TeleBärn as a video journalist and news presenter since March 2009.
The 33-year-old also reports on major political events for the entire AZ Medien TV family of stations, produces the business magazine "Geld" (Money) and is responsible for editing and presenting special programs such as the annual review "Menschen" (People) or the election series "Kampf ums letzte Wort" (Fight for the Last Word). Since last fall, Hostettler has also anchored the news on TV24. In 2014, the mother of a twelve-year-old daughter was awarded the Swiss media prize for local journalism "Diamant" for her series on the Jura conflict (now the "Swiss Press Award").
