Weekend Reading: New publication day for the SI
After the 2015 summer vacation, Schweizer Illustrierte will now be available to subscribers and at newsstands on Fridays. The country's biggest family and people magazine will thus become weekend reading.
From Monday to Friday: From mid-August this year, Schweizer Illustrierte will have a new publication day. Because the magazine is thus becoming a magazine for the weekend, the editorial team is expanding the range of articles with high utility value: in the future, more weekend and excursion tips for the whole family will be offered, according to a statement.
Schweizer Illustrierte aims primarily to remain Switzerland's leading people magazine (712'000 readers, MACH Basic 2014-2). The editorial profile will be sharpened: stories and interviews with celebrities, but also lavishly photographed reports on the beauties of Switzerland and on passionate people with extraordinary talents.
