World stars of the photo scene in Zurich
From Friday, January 9, until next Tuesday, Photo15 will take place at the Maag Halle in Zurich. The tenth edition of the largest and most important showcase for photography in Switzerland also brings again a Photo Forum. Guest star Dietmar Henneka.
Of 248 awards, he recently consigned 200 to the dumpster. But this is not the only reason why Dietmar Henneka is regarded as an icon and "enfant terrible". It is above all his views and works that have earned him the title of "Germany's loudest photographer". Some also call him the Oliviero Toscani of the North. Why this has come about can now be checked with your own eyes and ears as part of the forum on Friday, January 9, 3 pm. Dietmar Henneka will explain in a lecture its "point of view opposite the advertising photography". Henneka is an honorary member of the BFF and was honored by ADC for his life's work. From his point of view: 50 percent for his photography, 50 percent for his person. "In any case, a very entertaining and inspiring personality," says Michel Pernet of Bloofeld Entertainment, which produces Photo15.
The Admission for the forum with Dietmar Henneka costs 42 francs. With the Advertising Week it also goes for 32 francs.
