Maz: Certificates for social media professionals

At the end of June 2014, six participants completed the eleven-day course on social media led by Christian Schenkel.

In the compact course "Social Media - Companies in Dialogue", the graduates dealt with the conceptual requirements for the successful use of social media. They expanded their skills in dealing with various platforms as well as in content and community management. They learned from professionals in the field how brand management, media relations, crisis communication, employer branding and campaigns work on social media. They also learned how to critically examine the impact of social media and how to deal with internal company resistance when introducing dialog media. The graduates wrote a practical paper in which they applied what they had learned to their working environment.
