Karin Müller leaves Radio 24

Karin Müller, Managing Director and Editor-in-Chief of Radio 24, has decided to leave the station at the end of October 2013 to pursue a new career.

Karin Müller has successfully led the station for five and a half years, according to a statement. Among other things, she introduced the newsroom and a new quality assurance system. In April of this year, Radio 24 moved to its new, modern location in the Löwenbräu. This laid the foundation for a new era.

Succession planning is underway. On an interim basis, Irene Frei as Managing Director and Markus Gilli in his function as member of the Board of Directors of Radio 24 are responsible for the radio.
