NZZ am Sonntag launches home magazine

In addition to the upcoming relaunch on September 8, which will feature new content, new columns and a new design, NZZ am Sonntag is also launching the magazine "Residence - Das Magazin für Wohnen und Immobilien" in the fall.

The editorial focus of "Residence" will be on exclusive real estate, exceptional architecture and lifestyle in the private living environment, according to a statement. "There will be an attractive content mix of qualitative specialist articles and service-oriented vessels with news and trends on furniture, kitchen, bathroom, garden and home technology/gadgets," says Stefan Bai, head of advertising market NZZ. The magazine is expected to generate interest among NZZ am Sonntag's readers with an affinity for home and real estate, making it attractive to advertisers, the release added.

"Residence" is published quarterly as a supplement of the NZZ am Sonntag with a circulation of 160,000 copies. The editorial management is in the hands of David Strohm, who is in charge of the real estate pages of NZZ am Sonntag as well as the weekly real estate supplement of the "Neue Zürcher Zeitung," "NZZ Domizil. The magazine is perfect bound and produced on high-quality matte paper. The first issue will be published on October 27, 2013.
