Immoscout 24 and NZZ join forces

On the news platforms of the NZZ Media Group, new real estate portals are being set up and further developed together with Immoscout 24.

Immoscout 24 CEO Stefan Schärer provided information about the cooperation on Monday, August 27, on the occasion of the Swiss industry meeting Immo-Boat in Zurich. As the basis of the partnership, NZZ is making its brand and the reach of its news portals Nzz.ch, Tagblatt.ch and Luzernerzeitung.ch available in a co-branding with Immoscout 24. The online portal from the Scout 24 Group publishes its properties for sale and rent on the platforms of the NZZ Media Group.

This cooperation will enable NZZ to provide its online users and advertisers with an attractive offer, according to a statement. In return, Immoscout 24 is to further consolidate its position through the reach of the NZZ media group in the Zurich, eastern Switzerland and central Switzerland regions. The result of this cooperation is to be joint market leadership in the regions concerned.

The customer benefit lies in the simplicity of the process, the statement continues. Once an advertisement has been entered, it is published on several platforms simultaneously. The customer thus benefits from a greater reach, and the consumer finds the largest possible offer on his preferred portal.
