SDA Board members re-elected
The General Meeting of SDA took place in Bern on Wednesday. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Swiss Dispatch Agency, Hans Heinrich Coninx, and the seven members of the Board of Directors were re-elected for the 2012-2013 term of office.
In addition to Coninx, the SDA Board of Directors includes Valérie Boagno, Walter Bachmann, Matthias Hagemann, Eric Hoesli, Hanspeter Lebrument, Albert P. Stäheli and Pietro Supino. SDA wrote this in a communiqué on Wednesday. SDA shareholders approved the annual report, the annual financial statements and the consolidated financial statements.
Following cost-cutting measures in the previous year, SDA returned to the black in 2011. With slightly higher sales of 26.67 million Swiss francs, an operating profit (Ebit) of 302'000 Swiss francs resulted. In 2010, the SDA had still posted an operating loss of 716'000 francs.
