SRF: "wild@7" starts with Laura Verbeke and Miriam Rickli
The first two editions of "wild@7" are presented by 25-year-old Laura Verbeke and 24-year-old Miriam Rickli. While Laura mingles with the boarder scene in Laax on March 1, 2012, Miriam takes the pulse of passengers on commuter trains a week later.
Laura Verbeke was born in Uznach SG and is studying journalism and organizational communication at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences. According to the press release, SRF became aware of her when she made a brief but extremely charming appearance as an online editor on a "Club extra" program in 2011. Miriam Rickli, a trained businesswoman, comes from Kaltbrunn SG and has been gaining television experience since 2008, most recently as the presenter of a nightlife magazine show on local broadcaster Tele Top.
"wild@7" is a scene reportage and focuses on young people's attitude to life, their wishes, visions and lifestyle. The five presenters go where their generation is on the move: to bars, clubs and private parties, on public transport or at universities.
The other "wild@7" presenters will be announced at a later date. Seat has been secured as a partner for the production of "wild@7".
