Affichage sells stake in Italy
Affichage has sold its 85% stake held via APG in the Bolzano-based company First Avenue to the previous minority shareholder and is thus withdrawing from the relevant region as planned.
According to a company statement, this represents a further step in the consistent implementation of the strategy pursued over the past year, with a redimensioning of the foreign portfolio and a focus on the Swiss core business. The purchase price was not disclosed.
