BZ Basellandschaftliche Zeitung launches BZ Basel
BZ Basel will appear for the first time on Wednesday, November 2, 2011. The publication will be issued by the BZ Basellandschaftliche Zeitung.
Almost all households in the canton of Basel-Landschaft and all eligible households in the canton of Basel-Stadt will be supplied every Wednesday, according to a press release from AZ Medien. Together with the existing large circulation of the BZ Basellandschaftliche Zeitung, the BZ Basel will have a circulation of 137,000 copies.
It is thus addressing a significant reader and advertising potential in this economic area (WG 31), it continues. The BZ Basellandschaftliche Zeitung is expanding its editorial offering in order to meet this new journalistic potential. The editorial team in the city of Basel will be strengthened and marketing services expanded.
"With the daily newspaper BZ Basellandschaftliche Zeitung, the weekly BZ Basel, the Basel edition of Der Sonntag and the respective news platforms, readers and advertising customers receive a compact, journalistic offering as well as an advertising environment with an attractive price-performance ratio," the press release concludes.
