Publigroupe acquires a stake in 4U Group

The advertising marketer Publigroupe is acquiring a five percent stake in the 4U Group and its platform, which was launched in December 2010.

Furthermore, the job platform and Publicitas are concluding a comprehensive, non-exclusive brokerage agreement for the sale of subscriptions and corporate solutions throughout Switzerland, according to a statement on Wednesday. In addition to the Swiss site, is planning further international roll-outs in the near future, which Publicitas will actively support.

As part of the investment, Beat Roeschlin, a member of the Publigroupe Group Management Board, will take a seat on the Board of Directors of 4uGroup.
