SRG extends contract with Swiss Indoors until 2014
SRG and Swiss Indoors Basel have extended the contract for another four years up to and including 2014. The agreement governs the exploitation rights of SRG's TV and radio stations and multimedia platforms and the production of the international TV signal.
SRG is acquiring from the Swiss Indoors organization the Swiss broadcasting rights to the Swiss Indoors 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 for its television and radio stations and multimedia platforms, according to a statement. In return, SRG is committed to producing the tournament's international television signal. For more than 40 years now, SRG has been producing the signal, which is offered via satellite links to interested television stations around the world.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial compensation and contractual details.
