Koch agency creates new brand identity for Pidas

As part of a new positioning of Pidas, the IT support company Pidas has revised its entire identity. Together with the Koch agency, the brand was sharpened and subjected to a rebranding.

With this DNA, Pidas has developed a new support concept for the DACH region. From now on, the company will focus exclusively on IT end-user support. The solution is based on the interaction between man and machine or, in other words, between chatbot, support staff and the intelligent IT machine "CORA".

Under the umbrella of the new promise "Making people wow!", Pidas' new look was launched in the spring. The company now comes with a modern, clear and sustainable identity.
