Jung von Matt Brand Identity positions Swiss Post in the job market

Swiss Post wants to be at the forefront of the job market in the future - and be perceived as one of the most attractive employers in Switzerland. Jung von Matt Brand Identity supported Swiss Post in its employer positioning.

Die Schweizerische PostSwiss Post is facing various challenges in the labor market: The "war for talents", the shortage of skilled workers, digitalization or increased professional mobility. Together with Jung von Matt Brand Identity, Swiss Post has therefore developed a new Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to position itself more successfully in the labor market.

The result was a communicative guiding idea, the appropriate short form as a claim "Make the future yellow" as well as an overarching and target group-specific message system. In this "yellow future", the employees are at the center, because they are the ones who are close to the people, keep the engine of Swiss Post running and work on the future issues for Switzerland.

"The new employer positioning was developed in close collaboration. Interviews, 360-degree analyses and co-creation workshops ensured that the elaborated EVP also corresponds exactly to what current and future employees can and should expect from Swiss Post," says Patricia Fritschi, co-head of Employer Branding Swiss Post.

Multifunctional and inspiring

The communicative guiding idea around "Make the future yellow" is currently being implemented in the various Group languages and rolled out internally and externally by means of various measures. "Our biggest challenge was to find a common denominator in order to appear relevant and attractive to the entire diversity of our employees - i.e. over 100 different jobs and different language regions. We are convinced that we can get existing and potential employees excited about the exciting and future-oriented topics of Swiss Post," explains Anila Ljena, co-project manager at Swiss Post.
