Republica develops the overall appearance for Werco Trade

The Bern agency Republica has realized a comprehensive communication concept, a sports sponsoring concept, media relations and a complete redesign from logo to website for Werco Trade.

In spring 2017, Republica was commissioned to increase the commodities trader's communicative presence on the market. A tightly packaged package of measures is designed to strengthen the image of the internationally active company and highlight its ties with Switzerland and the Zug region as a business location.

The Bern-based agency then developed a new website and a new tone for communication. A sponsorship concept also illustrates the founders' affinity for top-level sports and their commitment to regional Swiss young athletes. From the implementation of these measures and both regional and national media relations, further tasks gradually emerged, such as the redesign of Werco Trade's complete appearance and the design of a new logo. In the fall of 2019, the company also decided to expand its sponsorship of regional athletes. 

The new branding is intended to underscore the company's high standards with a strong, clear image. The new logo, designed as a monogram, reflects Werco Trade's global network. A copper hot foil stamping marks the material with which the raw materials trader generates its largest turnover. The new design of the company's stationery, lettering, presentation templates, giveaways and web presence unifies the company's appearance and is intended to simplify internal and external communication.
