Microspot.ch presents itself with immediate effect in a new dress

Microspot.ch is transforming itself from a home and consumer electronics provider into a comprehensive Swiss online shopping center. The new orientation is reflected not only in the strong expansion of the product range, but also in improved delivery services and customer services, as well as visually in a new look.

Like announced last yearMicrospot.ch is currently undergoing a transformation into a comprehensive non-food online shopping center. The product range is now almost five times as large as it was a year ago. Products from the areas of home, toys, beauty, jewelry, office, garden, sports and much more are being selectively expanded.

From the world of the Coop Group alone, Microspot.ch has already added more than 20,000 non-food products to its extended range, for example from Coop Bau+Hobby, Import Parfumerie and Christ Uhren & Schmuck. More than 1,000 of Coop's most popular private label items, for example from Naturaline, Qualité & Prix and Oecoplan, can now also be found on Microspot.ch.

Microspot.ch is also introducing "Speed" delivery. Customers who order items marked "Speed" by 6 p.m. on weekdays will now have them delivered to their homes the very next day - even on Saturdays and free of charge. In addition, Microspot.ch is introducing "Home Delivery Speed" in eleven major Swiss cities (Basel, Bern, Biel, Fribourg, Geneva, Lausanne, Lucerne, Olten, St. Gallen, Winterthur, Zurich) with immediate effect, thereby shortening delivery times by one day. Customers who order items marked with "Speed" on Microspot.ch by 12 noon on weekdays will have them delivered free of charge to their homes that same evening by CO2-free e-vehicles.

This high speed is possible thanks to the close cooperation with the Zurich start-up "notime". Anyone who browses the online store in these cities between 12 noon and midnight and sends off their order of Speed items can also rejoice, because the delivery will arrive the very next day. As of now, there is no need to think about an order deadline. In addition to the home delivery services, the pick-up options have also been greatly expanded. All orders placed with microspot.ch can now also be conveniently delivered to and picked up from 450 Coop Pick-up locations throughout Switzerland (branches of Coop supermarkets, Coop Bau+Hobby, Coop City and Coop Pronto). This allows customers to benefit from pick-up close to home and, depending on the Coop format, even extended opening hours (for example Coop Pronto).

Microspot.ch meets customer needs in various areas and now offers more contact options with customer service. Concerns and questions about products, orders, additional services, etc. can now also be placed via Whatsapp or chat. In addition, you can now conveniently request a callback at a desired time online.

 

New branding for Microspot.ch

In addition to the expansion of the product range and improved customer services and delivery services, the new orientation of Microspot.ch is also reflected visually in its appearance. Colors, logo and design have been revised and the newly designed website is intended to provide a clearer and more user-friendly presentation of all relevant offers. The new logo represents the change from a pure home and entertainment electronics provider to a comprehensive non-food online shopping center, and the dot symbolizes Microspot.ch's focused selection. It was derived from the previous logo, which can be found in the stripes of the "M". The colors and the design have become calmer, so that the product selection and the customer himself are even more in focus. The new brand identity of Microspot.ch underpins the new strategic orientation and reduces the communication also on a visual level to the essentials for the customers.
