Nexum launches redesign for Tempobrain

As part of a comprehensive redesign, Nexum has developed a new brand and website for the personnel service provider.

The redesign is intended to visually support Tempobrain's image as a specialist for innovative solutions in personnel leasing and job placement. The new claim "Clever minds. Strong jobs" is reflected in the new red and blue look of the logo. Clear typography and individually designed icons round off the modern corporate design. In addition, business cards, Word and PowerPoint templates were redesigned and a style guide was created.

The new website is intended to generate more leads and show more presence. A target group-oriented approach, intuitive user guidance and a modern look and feel should contribute to this goal. The agency implemented all relevant work steps from conception and creation to content transformation and migration. The optimal design of the user experience for both target groups, applicants and companies, was the central focus.

An automated job subscription, via which job seekers receive suitable job offers directly by email, is intended to make the job search more convenient, and job advertisements for Tempobrain consultants are now automatically integrated directly from the central recruiting platform. The technical implementation was carried out using the open source CMS Drupal 8.
