Now also visually a women's station: CH Media re-dresses TV25

TV25 will have a new look from Friday. The appearance of CH Media's national TV channel has been adapted to the existing female viewership and, following this facelift, is now also visually positioned as a Swiss women's channel.

TV25, CH Media's national TV channel, will have a new look from Friday. Based on the existing website in terms of color and concept, the focus is now also on the female target group on the audiovisual level. Together with the Zurich production company frame eleven and the sound designers from UKO, the station has fundamentally redesigned its appearance. The new on-air presence will be launched with a classic communication campaign focusing on popular US series, including the free TV premieres "Will & Grace" and "The Connors".

Sustainably positioned as a woman

Since its launch in 2016, TV25 has focused on a broad spectrum of US series, European and international feature films, documentaries and Swiss in-house productions. For the past two years, the Swiss-German channel has been consistently positioned as a female channel. With lasting success among women aged 20-49, as Ute von Moers, Head of Programming, Purchasing & Research, confirms: "Since spring 2017, we have successively geared our programming more towards women and now reach a predominantly female audience aged 20-49. Now the time has come to dedicate TV25 to this exciting and advertising-relevant target group visually as well."

In addition to the dynamic adaptation of the logo, the newly produced Station Idents and advertising bumpers with five very different types of women take center stage. The new design conveys a sense of self-confidence on a visual and acoustic level and places women at the center. The new claim "TV25 - Bewegt mich." also underlines the new image and emphasizes the emotional closeness that the station builds with its female viewers through moving content in all program genres.
