Eptinger treats itself to a new look

With the launch of the new glass line, Eptinger wants to make itself fit for the future. A new visual appearance is to help with this.

Modern, down-to-earth and yet beautiful and unobtrusive is how the new bottle produced by Mineralquelle Eptingen should appear. "We can't do much about the water itself, which is why the packaging is all the more important," says Managing Director Matthias Buchenhorner about the new bottle. Switzerland at the weekend.

In addition to the new bottle shape, the completely redesigned logo on the label is particularly striking. The cherry blossoms are intended to represent the region, while the lettering is fresh and elegant. The intention is to move away from the traditional, says marketing manager Damaris Buchenhorner, "with the message that we at Eptinger are modern.

Of the five million Swiss francs invested by the company in total in the launch and the new bottling line, one million went into the design and glass park of all the new bottles alone.

The Eptinger mineral spring has existed since 1899 and produces 55 million bottles annually. Eptinger is not only the Swiss mineral water with the most minerals, but also offers another special feature: The 525 inhabitants of the municipality of Eptingen can obtain mineral water free of charge every Wednesday afternoon.
