The first "Coop to go" opens on Wednesday, August 19 at Zurich Stadelhofen station, with 50 more outlets to follow over the next five years. The range includes a large selection of exclusive take-away products. In the mornings, a müesli counter awaits with a large selection of fruits, yogurts and cereals that can be combined as the mood takes you. And customers can even put together a vegan müesli. After breakfast time, this self-service counter is transformed into a varied salad bar. But the store also includes a wide range of artisan small breads, hot panini, homemade smoothies, layered muesli and other products for instant eating. And new ones are being added all the time. Visually, "Coop to go" is characterized by its urban appearance, thanks to the wooden floor look and the brick wall look, for example. To ensure that "Coop to go" is immediately recognizable, the new sales format also has its own logo. Impressions from the new "Coop to go" in Stadelhofen:
