Budget win: Ruf Lanz launches new VBZ personnel campaign

In times of labor shortage, creative ideas are also needed in personnel marketing to find good and motivated employees. Ideas that break with the usual patterns.

For this reason, VBZ also commissioned Ruf Lanz, the lead agency for its corporate communications for many years, with the conception of a new personnel campaign for the recruitment of tramp pilots and bus drivers.

"With Ruf Lanz's fresh, cheeky concept, from 2024 onwards we will be particularly targeting the 50-plus generation who are ready to perform and who are often unjustly left out of the job market," Silvia Behofsits, Head of Corporate Communications, and Tobias Gees, Head of Recruiting and Employer Branding, are quoted as saying in the release.

A foretaste of the trenchant HR campaign is already available. It is designed to pick up the 50-plus generation with experiences that they remember from their youth.

The entire campaign will roll out online and offline with numerous subjects starting in 2024.
