Code and Theory further develops Blick's digital presence

The Blick Group is launching a close cooperation with the digital agency Code and Theory. Together, the digital presence of Blick is to be further developed. The New York agency will take care of the redesign of the digital products and platforms in the coming months.

Specifically, the goal is to modernize the current design and create a first-class user experience, according to a statement from Ringier. Attention will also be paid to the integration of AI functions - to determine how they can optimize the digital presence.

"At Blick Group, we are constantly working to equip our products for future goals and market requirements," Marco Rüegger, chief product officer of Blick Group, was quoted as saying in the statement. "Code and Theory is a leader in bringing modern media brands into the digital age - and therefore we have great expectations and full confidence in our partnership."

Code and Theory has extensive expertise in the publishing sector. In the past, the agency had redefined the media presence of more than 145 publishers. Among them well-known brands such as BBC, Bloomberg, CNN, CNBC or HBO. Recently, it was announced that Code and Theory will build new AI applications on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to enable scalable AI-driven innovation for its clients.
