The House screws with Serto

After a two-stage selection process, the agency The House wins the mandate for comprehensive communication measures for the Serto Group.

The internationally active Serto Group has its headquarters in Frauenfeld and develops tubular elements, valves, hoses, couplings and accessories. The Group employs over 280 people in Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy, the Czech Republic, China and India. Serto organizes its sales through its own national companies and a worldwide network of over 40 distribution partners.

In addition to sharpening the brand positioning and brand architecture, the mandate includes a corporate design refresh and the development of a new visual world and website. With digital channels, content strategies and a presence in social media, further disciplines are in the pipeline.

To achieve this, The House relies on integrated service delivery and cooperation with other Myty agencies. In this way, Serto is to benefit from the roles and strengths of the agency network. Specifically, the Swiss agency Hutter-Consult and Integr8 from Berlin will be involved.
