Havas wins media pitch from SBB

From January 1, 2022, Havas Village Zurich will manage SBB's classic and digital media budgets. The agency prevailed in a multi-stage pitch process and will be responsible for the media work of all SBB campaigns.

Havas VillageIn a long, demanding and well-structured pitch process, Havas' media experts were recommended for two of the three lots put out to tender: "Online Media" and "Offline Media". Based on the achievement of the highest score in the evaluation of these lots, SBB chose Havas.

The agency will take over media buying, management and optimization of all media campaigns for SBB from January 1, 2022. The media strategies as well as the rough planning will be designed by SBB's in-house team. In certain cases, however, Havas will also be responsible for strategy and rough planning, according to a statement.

However, SBB is not a new customer for Havas Villages Switzerland. Since the end of 2019, Havas Village Geneva has already been in charge of the campaign creation for SBB Immobilien in western Switzerland and, as a Village, will be able to develop all campaign elements from a single source in the future.
