Mjm.cc and Cr Basel communicate for Ziel Zukunft Biennale

The Münchenstein agency Mjm.cc was able to win the pitch and communicates together with Cr Basel for the sustainability event Ziel Zukunft Biennale in Basel and the nearby border region.

From September 16 to 19, 2021, the second edition of the Destination Future Biennial, the only sustainability biennial in Switzerland, will take place. The Biennale is a festival for a future worth living in the Upper Rhine region. In the longer term, it strives for changes in our own everyday lives as well as for social coexistence and economic activity - in line with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.

From the Tiny House experience course in Basel to urban art, from the Future Convention at the University of Basel to the X-Days, the working world of tomorrow in the new Baloise Park: the Biennale presents itself centrally and across borders, artistically and scientifically, it is both effective for the public and directed at a specialist audience. The path to sustainability is multifaceted and has many faces.

Elaborate communication concept

Mjm.cc from Münchenstein and Cr Basel also want to show these faces with their jointly developed communication measures. Complex content and dilemmas that everyone knows from dealing with their own behavior in relation to sustainability are best conveyed with openness and personal statements. Set in a yellow frame, which takes up the corporate color of the Biennale and thus gives the Biennale its "yellow thread", people from the region become ambassadors of the event and its themes.

The Ziel Zukunft Biennale is initiated by the Basel-based NGO Sun21. Partners and sponsors of the Biennale include the Canton of Basel-Stadt, the Christoph Merian Foundation, Regio Basiliensis, the City of Weil am Rhein, the University of Basel, the European Environment Foundation, Upper Rhine Cluster for Sustainability Research, the Baloise Group and Sun21.
