Monami wins two big pitches at once

The agency Monami, based in Zurich and Chur, is now on board at both Zurich Switzerland and the Basel-based health care company Doetsch Grether.

The agency, which has grown up in the social media sector and is now active in various digital fields, is now working for two new clients. On the one hand, Monami won a content pitch and the associated multi-year budget at the insurance company Zurich Switzerland in a multi-stage process, and on the other hand, Monami left its competitors behind at the Basel-based health care company Doetsch Grether.

While Monami's first task at Doetsch Grethers is to drive forward the digitization of the Swiss condom brand Ceylor and has already successfully initiated new channels for this purpose, among other things, the requirement at Zurich Switzerland is more strategic in nature. "Whether content retainer or consulting: digitalization is and remains simply exciting. And we are delighted to be able to support such renowned brands with our know-how and creativity," says Monami founder David Cappellini.

Agency expansion planned

The agency is also currently busy growing in terms of personnel. Five to six new positions are to be filled by the summer - the agency is thus set to grow to around 20 people. Meanwhile, the new functions come across the board. Because: "We need both strategists and gifted TikTokers. Which makes it all the more exciting internally," says Cappellini.

In addition, the agency is currently working on probably the largest - and perhaps most beautiful - Monami project since its inception. The agency did not want to disclose more details at the moment.
