Jung von Matt Limmat wins the Grand Effie

From the six Effie Gold winners, the Grand Jury unanimously selected the "Sixth Sense" campaign by Jung von Matt Limmat for Zweifel as the Grand Effie winner. The Grand Effie is considered an award for the best submission of the year.

From a total of 88 entries, six campaigns were awarded Gold Effies. The winners of the Gold Effies had the chance to win the Grand Effie, which the Grand Jury headed by jury president Peter Felser awarded for the second time this year.

On Thursday evening, it was decided which agency won the important award: Jung von Matt Limmat's campaign was particularly convincing due to its courage and focus on the purchase decision-makers of tomorrow, Generation Z. These were addressed by the perfect orchestration of the measures, by the product experience, the engagement and user-generated content, thus making the brand better known in the relevant target market.

In "Sixth Sense," the aim was to create a new approach to the brand by combining well-known taste expertise with the target groups' interest in unusual experiences. As a result, Zweifel succeeded in increasing its position as favorite brand by almost 14 percent year-on-year. The campaign prevailed over the "Escape Bags" campaign by Rod Kommunikation for DAO - Dachorganisation Frauenhäuser Schweiz & Lichtenstein, "No Drama" by Wirz and Sir Mary for Switzerland Tourism, the "Autumn Campaign 2020" by Notch, Publicis and Webrepublic for CSS, the "Handbutts" by Wunderman Thompson for Geberit and the "Corona Donation Campaign" by Wunderman Thompson for HEKS - Hilfswerk der Evangelisch-reformierten Kirche Schweiz.
